Senior Accounting Manager Job at LBBB MANAGEMENT INC in Northfield

Growing family-owned business seeks experienced Senior Accounting Manager to provide hands-on leadership and direction that will improve the company's overall performance. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, production of timely and accurate periodic financial reports, identification of profitability improvement opportunities, development of annual budgets and forecasts, and ensuring reported results comply with generally accepted principles and financial reporting standards.

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner

· Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly

· Initiate all ACH transactions

· Process payroll in a timely manner

· Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed

· Responsible for cash management and risk management

· Prepare all bank credit facility pledge reports

· Coordinate the preparation of corporate annual reports and forecasts

· Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit

· Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
