Job Overview
Responsible for all Account Receivable duties under the supervision of the Controller.  The position will work with our Project Management team to perform billing/invoicing customers timely and accurately. He/She will work with customers to ensure invoices are being paid within terms and contact customers for late due payments.

Responsibilities

• Billing: Generate invoices timely and accurately
• Submit invoices to clients utilizing clients preferred method of submission
• Monitor Accounts Receivable
• Maintain client billing records
• Document all collection efforts
• Prepare monthly billing and AR reports

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Effective communication - written and verbal
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills
• Flexible and adaptable: Able to work in a team and initiative to work alone
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
• ERP experience a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent job-related experience
