The Dealership Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the finance department by providing on-site assistancewith daily accounting operations of the Straub Automotive Group including but not limited to Honda; Hyundai; Nissan; Elm Grove Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram; Glendale Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram; Ford; Elm Grove Body Shop; Collision Center; and Pre-Owned Cars.
Responsibilities:* Assists with account receivables for all rooftops. * Manages dealership deposits. * Oversee all product payables. * Assist with the vehicle invoicing process. * Support and promote the Straub Automotive Group. Includes rental backup support; office supply oversight; general filing; deal processing support; and repair order clearance
Qualifications:* Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.* One year of related experience.* Listens to others and communicates in a professional manner* Develops innovative ideas that provide solutions.* Defines problems, collects data and establishes facts to solve a problem.* Promotes cooperation within the team to meet goals.* Uses technology to complete tasks efficiently.
