Salary:

We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Accounting Clerk.

As we continue to expand, we're in search of a dedicated Accounting Clerk with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy to join our vibrant team.

Duties:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests
  • Match checks to invoices/payment requests before each check run cycle
  • Research & resolve payable issues with vendors
  • Process incoming vehicle factory invoices to accounting
  • Follow-up with all factory incentives
  • Prepare funding documents to mail out to financial institutions
  • Billing out deals, swaps, and wholesales
  • Process warranty cancellations
  • Maintain and reconcile Warranty Schedules
  • Reconciliation of Funding/Reserves accounts
  • Post Factory payables invoices and reconcile statements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Accounting
  • Experience with General Ledger Functions
  • Strong Attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
  • Experience in a dealership accounting setting is preferred, but not required


Monday through Friday- 9am-5pm
