This role will involve collecting comprehensive data on expenses related to capital projects, aligning them with budgeted expenditures. In addition, responsibilities will include tasks such as generating financial reports, compiling forecast models and ensuring precise data entry with acquisitions, refis and dispositions, along with involvement in small-scale project management assignments. Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities:- Property Forecast Modeling
- Refi and disposition oversight
- Maintain data on financial statements
- Underwrite new properties
- Administrative involvement with investor communications, Asset Management reporting, and assistance.
- At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position
- Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Must be detailed oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
- Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Property management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
