Job Description
Growing real estate firm located near Beverly Hills is looking for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, inter-company and account reconciliations, as well as financial reporting documents. Additional duties for the Accounting Manager include performing due diligence for M&A activity, analyze fiscal budgets, collaborating with corporate business partners and internal staff, working closely with internal and external audit teams, and conducting revenue recognition duties.
- Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
- CPA and commercial real estate experience is also required.
- Five years of finance and accounting experience with strong technical accounting and finance knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills are also required.
- Advanced systems skills.
- $135 - 147k + bonus.
