We are seeking a Systems Consultant to join our Sage Intacct Practice. In this role, you will provide consulting, training, and support services to help our customers evolve and expand their use of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting and Training:
- Provide consulting, training, and support services to help existing customers as their business evolves and they need to modify or expand their use of Sage Intacct and other supported software applications.
- Assist customers in selecting the best Sage Intacct solutions to meet their needs and successfully implement and use those applications in their business.
- Stay up to date on features and capabilities of Sage Intacct and maintain relevant certifications.
Customer Support:
- Provide services to existing customers in response to requests made through the Customer Care Portal.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Team Collaboration and Project Management:
- Work both independently and collaboratively within project team(s) to meet customer-defined success criteria, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue and service goals.
- Accomplish tasks within project or task budget and timeline.
- Identify opportunities for new or existing clients to expand their use of Sage Intacct – follow up with customers to promote new work and maintain connection.
- Assist with the sales process and project management as needed.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in accounting, business operations, consulting, or a related setting.
- CPA designation and/or managerial experience is a plus.
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
Professional / Technical Knowledge:
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of business software Cargas sells or re-sells, including Sage Intacct and related products.
- Strong skills in business consulting, including analysis related to business process, business systems, and the technology supporting these processes and systems.
- Proficient in user training.
- Project management skills; with a preference for troubleshooting skills in software functionality issues.
- Experience in accounting or financial reporting processes and applications.
- Experience with financial or other business reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
