What does a Job Cost Accountant with Paul Davis do?

• Manages all phases of the job costing and oversees data input from other team members.
• Controls financial processes and oversees expenditures for accuracy.
• reports and forecast on current financial trends of the business
• Oversees business insurance, licensing for vendor and regulatory compliance.
• Prepares checks and documentation for vendors and tradespeople.
• Participates in the collection process, including making collection calls and placing mechanical liens when necessary.
• Produces reports from Quickbooks as necessary
• Maintains good customer relations to detect and resolve issues and concerns.
