Job Description: Senior Business Analyst / Tester Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst/Tester to support a technical assistance and systems coordination project aimed at on a HRSA project. The successful candidate will collect, interpret, and document technical data, create and publish technical documentation, collaborate with project stakeholders, and contribute to moderately complex project aspects in an independent and collaborative environment. This role is essential to ensuring effective project execution by aligning business requirements, performing testing, and contributing to systems coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data or information and coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate publication.
Ensure documentation complies with the requirements of the EHE initiative and aligns with the overarching project goals.
Gather and analyze project requirements related to technical assistance and systems coordination activities for the Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in access, linkage, retention, and viral suppression, and recommend innovative solutions.
Contribute to the project narrative by outlining community needs and proposed services, including demographic data, epidemiology reports, and other relevant data.
Work independently and collaboratively on moderately complex aspects of the project, ensuring tasks are completed on time and align with project goals.
Support the systems coordination efforts by identifying barriers to coordinating HIV care services, funding, and partner activities in targeted jurisdictions.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure that all technical components and systems meet the EHE initiative requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve defects and improve systems based on test results.
Assist in the evaluation of technical assistance and systems coordination activities by monitoring key performance indicators and project progress.
Contribute to the preparation of evaluation reports, ensuring the dissemination of tools, best practices, and lessons learned among jurisdictions.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to adjust and prioritize technical assistance as necessary to meet project goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5 years of experience in business analysis, technical documentation, or related roles.
Strong understanding of HRSA projects, public health policies, and technical assistance.
Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and publish comprehensive technical documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and software development processes is a plus.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and gap analysis.
Attention to detail in creating technical documentation and conducting testing.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and project team members.
Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $101,250 to $126,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary is $120,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
