Job Description:
We are in search of an experienced, dynamic real estate and facilities management leader to help us scale our global footprint. Primary responsibilities will revolve around developing and executing a strategy that aligns to and supports the continued growth of the business. An analytical thinker with the ability to plan ahead, manage associated finances, and solve problems will be very successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to manage commercial real estate offices and flexible spaces for employees across the globe.
In partnership with our brokerage firms identify new offices or co-working spaces.
Partner with legal on negotiations and lease agreements.
Set and manage budgets, track investments, and optimize costs.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including property managers, brokers, and landlords.
Identify opportunities for value enhancements from our suppliers and vendors.
Manage complex projects including office re-location and move management with IT and AV support globally.
Proactively identify under and over capacity spaces as well as define metrics.
Ensure facilities are safe, environmentally friendly, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Facilities Management. Experience managing offices globally.
Familiarity with real estate databases and research tools.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Preferred Requirements:
Certified Facilities Management (CFM).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Finance and Project Management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
