Job Description:

  • Review invoices, bills, vouchers, and other documents for correction
  • Reconcile and report any discrepancies
  • Create and maintain financial reports
  • Sort and file documents
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

Job Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of recent experience in general accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
