Position Overview:
As an Accounting Manager, you will be a pivotal leader in driving the success and optimization of our accounting shared services operations, helping to shape the financial integrity of the organization as we continue to expand. Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee End-to-End Accounting Operations: Manage all accounting functions within the shared services environment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
· Optimize and Enhance Processes: Lead initiatives to implement, refine, and enhance best practices for operational efficiency and consistency across all accounting processes.
· Leadership and Team Development: Mentor, guide, and motivate a team of accounting professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
· Financial Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate comprehensive financial reports, statements, and performance metrics that align with corporate objectives.
· Ensure Regulatory and Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies, implementing checks and balances to safeguard financial accuracy.
· Achieve Operational Goals: Consistently meet or exceed shared services objectives, including quality standards and deadlines, while driving continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with a CPA or relevant certification preferred.
· The candidate must have a proven track record of working as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role within a shared services environment, with demonstrated expertise in leading and optimizing accounting operations.
· Strong leadership skills are essential, including experience in managing accounting teams, fostering a results-driven culture, and successfully implementing process improvements.
· The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail, are required to identify challenges, analyze data trends, and develop effective solutions.
· Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools is necessary, along with the ability to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Physical Demands:
