Position Title: Accounting Manager/ Plant Controller- HANDS ON, IN PERSON!

This role will report directly to the GM. This position is responsible for accounting and finance operations of the company, to include the compilation of monthly and quarterly reports, periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with GAAP or international financial reporting standards. This position is also responsible for cash management and external reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis

Education and Experience Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting

• 4+ years total accounting or finance managerial experience 

• knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• General business acumen and operational management experience
