The Company is seeking a VP of Accounting to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire accounting organization, with a direct reporting line to the CFO. This role is pivotal in the company's continued growth, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a fast-paced, people, process, and systems-focused environment. The VP of Accounting will have the autonomy to grow their team and will be expected to bring a strategic and innovative approach to the role, in line with the company's expansion and the support of a strong, diverse leadership team. Key responsibilities for the VP of Accounting include overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth. The role demands a leader with experience in a large, matrixed organization, capable of driving change and fostering a culture of excellence. The VP of Accounting will also be involved in both organic and inorganic growth activities, and as such, a background in a similar high-growth, multi-billion-dollar business environment is highly desirable. The position requires a professional with a strong educational background in accounting or finance, and a CPA is preferred. The candidate should be adept at managing a large team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both legacy and new leaders within the organization.
