Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support our finance team in managing accounts payable/receivable, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth financial operations. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Accounting Coordinator handles daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and managing accounts payable/receivable. They ensure accuracy in records, support audits, maintain compliance, and assist in improving financial processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar position
Requirements:
Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and driving record verification before starting employment.
Full-time, in-office position with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in a non-smoking, non-vaping environment.
Must have dependable transportation.
