We are looking for an accountant to join our growing company and be a key member of our management team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliations
• Royalty Reporting
• Filing Sales Tax for Required States
• Benefits Reporting
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reports
• Assistance with Budgeting
• Reporting and Analysis for Other Departments
• New Hire Onboarding
• Direct Liaison with Our Accounting Firm

Supervision of:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or commensurate experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite and Avalara Tax a plus
