This is a hybrid remote (3 days remote/2 days in-person). Position requires a high School diploma or equivalent. 1 years of related work or fieldwork or financial analysis experience in matters related to affordable housing, housing development, project management or software engineering/programming. Must have at least 6 months experience with relational databases and other software. Salary range: $27.50 to $44.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $27.50 to $35.75 per hour, DOE. For immediate consideration, please apply to BUSIN003849 on our website at www.eahhousing.org/careers POSITION OVERVIEW Supports EAH’s execution of real estate management, development and financial programs that drive company performance by gathering and analyzing existing and market data, identifying opportunities for improved reporting and flow of information, and performing analytical and software implementation tasks that support the daily operation of the business. Responsible for assisting financial and operations analysts in various accounting and/or financial management duties. Understands and supports EAH’s mission and Core Values. RESPONSIBILITIES Hands on utilization of Yardi database, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and other company used databases and tools to assist in creating metrics and analytical reports for existing, newly acquired and/or prospective projects/properties with a goal of streamlining operations and making useful data readily available to decision makers. Assists with creation and implementation of technical tools for budgets, financial reports, and analysis. Conducts training to support Asset Management, Real Estate Management (REM),Real Estate Development (RED) and other teams within EAH. Assists Director, Special Projects with applicable database design, including architecture, normalization, and management. Databases include and not limited to Yardi, Smartsheets, CRM, Insight and MRI. Assists with quality assurance and supporting entire database solution and templates, including administration, development, maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting. Maintains templates and database solutions including project files and supporting documentation, making tweaks to templates and solutions as needed. Assists Director, Special Projects with data modeling projects to ensure development and maintenance of templates and solutions and support efforts meet integration and performance expectations. Assists Director, Special projects with training on use of the Yardi, Smartsheet, SharePoint and MRI databases, providing updates in staff meetings and providing ongoing application support. Attends and participates in mandatory training. Actively participates in EAH’s Injury and Illness Prevention Plan. Regular and predictable attendance. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent. 1 years of related work or fieldwork or financial analysis experience in matters related to affordable housing, housing development, project management or software engineering/programming.
