Position Overview:

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the firm’s accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and systems to support the firm’s rapid growth.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations that align with business goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including leadership and external partners.
• Partner with technology teams to leverage AI and tech-driven tools for improved financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee coordination with external CPAs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Controller, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing or tech-focused environment.
• Management experience is preferred, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.
• Experience with AI or technology-driven tools is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
