We are currently seeking to hire an Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the financial books and documentation for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Quickbooks accounting of A/R, A/P, customer accounts and financial reports
• Transcribe estimates for production work
• Maintain HR & benefits
• Maintain insurance, licenses and company records
• Additional projects directed by management team

Qualifications:

• Experience with Quickbooks (desktop version) software
• Familiarity with small business
• Ability to work as a team member
• Organized with good file and record keeping skills
