We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! Please see general responsibilities and qualifications below:
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable - Invoice entry and processing
- Accounts Receivable - Sales invoicing, tracking and receipt posting
- Customer, vendor and transportation provider file maintenance
- Calculate costs of goods
- Distribute invoices for sales review
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform other office tasks/projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Proficiency working with Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
