Our company is currently seeking a Full Time Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our team!
You must handle multiple clients at a time with the following attributes: detail oriented, team player, great attitude who excels at communication, organizational and people skills. Must have the ability to multitask, work efficiently and independently. Flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones.
- Scanning & Filing Documents.
- Perform data entry, Accounts Payable and administrative duties
- Willing to travel (locally) to pick up and/or deliver documents as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+yrs experience required preferably someone who has worked in an accounting office.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Able to adapt and switch tasks as needed
- Quick and eager learner
Job Types: Full Time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Holiday and Personal Time Off Pay - Retirement Plan with company match available
