We have an immediate opening for a full time Client Accounting Specialist to provide Payroll and/or Bookkeeper duties for our clients. A professional demeanor, strong QuickBooks skills and knowledge and excellent payroll and bookkeeping skills are required.


  • Reconcile client general ledger and investigate reconciling items
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Perform accountant analysis and prepare financial reconciliations such as bank reconciliations, prepaids and accruals
  • Prepare taxable fringe benefit calculations for clients.
  • Perform bookkeeper services for certain clients; enter invoices and bills, enter cash receipts and cash disbursements, and periodic reconciliation of trial balances
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or other bookkeeper certification
  • Experience in general ledger bookkeeper and comprehensive reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Proficient in QuickBooks a plus
  • Demonstrate an ability to learn accountant software products used by client.
  • Demonstrate good analytical and reasoning skills and attention to details
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to assume variety of tasks and deadline driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
