This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, coding, and billing procedures, along with excellent communication skills for handling inquiries and resolving billing issues.

Responsibilities
- Submit accurate claims to insurance companies using appropriate codes (CPT, ICD-10).
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for services rendered.
- Resolve claim denials, discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Collaborate with insurance companies, patients, and internal staff to ensure timely and correct billing.
- Post payments, adjustments, and handle billing inquiries from patients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, billing regulations, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports as required.
- Enter all billing and payment information into the system properly and without errors.
- Follow up with clients and payments.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA.
