The Company is in search of a Vice President for Fund Accounting. The successful candidate will be tasked with supervising Assistant Vice Presidents (AVPs) in their daily responsibilities, which include coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage the private deal life cycle, overseeing the monthly closing process for portfolios, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting controls. The role also involves managing the accounting and operations of asset transfers, cash management, and providing ad-hoc assistance in technical research and the implementation of new accounting standards. The VP will be expected to review financial statements, manage the delivery of projects, and continuously improve key processes. Applicants for the VP Fund Accounting position at the company must have a strong background in private credit and a minimum of 10 years' experience in private or a combination of private and public fund accounting. The role requires a candidate who is adept at reviewing consolidated fund information, preparing various ad-hoc requests, and has a proven track record in project management.
