Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support directly to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Manage complex calendar scheduling, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision. Screen and prioritize communications (emails, calls, mail) to maintain efficiency and timely responses. Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and other essential documents for meetings and briefings. Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication. Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. Oversee special projects and conduct research to support strategic goals and business development. Anticipate and proactively address the CEO’s needs, optimizing productivity and ensuring a seamless workflow. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or top-level executive, preferably within the real estate or development industry. Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5 years of administrative experience supporting high-level executives or business owners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, committed to confidentiality. Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to handle sensitive information independently.
