West LA-based boutique finance firm is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support a senior executive and ensure seamless office operations. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. • Oversee office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. • Handle heavy calendar management, adjusting for priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts. • Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively address issues to enhance productivity. • Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and handling expense reports. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth communication. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare reports, presentations, and documents. • Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new priorities and challenges. Key Qualifications: • 4 years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. • Demonstrated ability to manage heavy calendaring and adjust on the fly. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail. • Prior experience supporting senior leadership and overseeing office operations is preferred. Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive salary of $90k-$105k, with excellent benefits and a generous bonus structure. • A culture that supports professional development and career growth.
