Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our company's executives. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and performing various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars and schedules
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails
- Draft and distribute correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data for reports
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficiency in daily operations
