Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and assist in project management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in the biotech or pharma.
  • Strong understanding of biotech terminology and processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
