Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Facilitate communication between departments and assist in project management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in the biotech or pharma.
- Strong understanding of biotech terminology and processes.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
