Fund Launch, a leading education company for Funds (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, etc), is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our executives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to work closely with executives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and manage executive's inquiries
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Handle day-to-day personal tasks and needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
