Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time, flexible start time

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our client's CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and requires a professional who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
