$90,000-$120,000 + benefits


Overview:

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a global consumer products company who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, industry knowledge, and strong communication abilities. The assistant manages the CEO's schedule, coordinates meetings, and handles correspondence, often acting as a liaison between the CEO and board members. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar by scheduling and prioritizing meetings
  • Handle communication with all corporate executives
  • This person will thrive under a fast paced and project-oriented environment
  • Draft and handle correspondence, including emails and reports
  • Prepare meeting materials, such as agendas and presentations
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to important documents
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to manage contracts and inquiries
  • Ensure all sensitive information is handled with discretion and confidentiality
  • 10+ years experience
