Executive Assistant - Duluth, GA

Blue Flow All Service Plumbing is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for immediate full-time placement.  This role will support the President's office.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage calendars and travel logistics for assigned executives.
  • Oversee the organization and preparation of materials for presentations and meetings.
  • Assist with the management of broad-reaching, high impact or influential projects.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external clients, including screening phone calls, and facilitating communications when appropriate.
  • Manage time and expense entry for assigned executives.
  • Coordinate team meetings, activities, and communications.
  • Assist with the support of other departments including events and preparation of meeting/marketing materials.
  • Leverage internal network and teams to effectively manage workflow.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Your current skill set will include:
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience required in an executive support role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience managing individuals, projects and processes effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills preferred.
  • May require some extended work hours.
Key Competencies preferred:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including but not limited to maintaining high-level proficiency in letter/memo composition (e.g., punctuation, grammar, sentence structure, style) Expressing information clearly and concisely in written and oral Communications.
  • Ability to select and use the appropriate communication vehicle given the situation (e.g., face-to-face, email, voicemail, video conferencing).
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment, work well and remain composed in stressful situations.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and employ basic reasoning skills within the scope of established practices and policies.
