The Client
Our client is a fast-paced private equity firm based in Midtown. The firm manages over $20 billion and targets investments in Europe and North America. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing investment firm!
The Role
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support eight individuals on the Consumer team ranging from managing directors to associates. This is a demanding role as the executives are incredibly busy and the team is looking for a strong team-player to add to this cohesive team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited:
- Heavy scheduling (that can change at a moment's notice)
- Meeting coordination across multiple boards
- Complex travel across multiple time zones and modes of transport
- Expense report processing using Concur
- Ad-hoc administrative projects where needed (e.g. recruiting)
- Provide back-up coverage for other EAs during absence
- Ability to work out of hours to support the team, as needed
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a confident, communicative, and calm Executive Assistant with a great work ethic, who is able to hit the ground running and take on tasks with full autonomy.
- 5+ years of experience in Private Equity or closely related industries
- Advanced computer skills required in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to quickly adapt
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comp/Benefits
- Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
- 5 days in the office
