Title: Executive Support
Desired Experience: 
 Type: 1099 contract,
Pay: $25-$40
Hours: Part Time

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide critical support to the executive team by managing mail and handling various real estate events. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive operations and event management within a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:
-Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate recipients.
-Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipping.
-Assist with the handling of sensitive and confidential correspondence.
-Assist in the planning and coordination of real estate events, including property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
-Handle on-site event tasks, including check-in processes and guest assistance.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
-Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
