Job Description
Join our team as a full-time Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator! This role will partner with our Executive Team to support Osborn Consulting’s mission, vision, and values.
About the Position
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment that is values-driven and employee-focused. This position is 100% on-site in our Bellevue office and will support our senior leadership (primarily Executive Officers and Directors). Other anticipated responsibilities include:
- Research, draft correspondence, collect and analyze information.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Plan, prepare agenda, and coordinate the logistics of senior leadership team meetings and events.
- Compile and prep Executives for monthly board meetings, including preparing meeting materials and minutes. Assemble presentations for meetings and support planning of shareholder and board events as directed by the President.
- Coordinate Executive team travel.
- Develop and prepare professional and visually appealing presentations for meetings and speaking engagements that involve Directors, and Executive Team members.
- Cultivate and develop collaborative working relationships with coworkers across all levels of the organization.
- Manage the rhythm of business at Osborn, ensuring that the Executive Team are focused on the right topics at the right time, both optimizing within the week and looking at horizons many months out.
- Support cross-functional shared services teams at a strategic level to better optimize Osborn’s back-of-house operational efforts.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of professional administrative experience (in the A/E/C industry preferred) OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must have advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); proven ability to adapt to new technology and learn new software as required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; must be self-directed, able to coordinate the completion of assigned tasks, and be willing to accept new challenges on a consistent basis.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to engage in proactive approaches to problem-solving, strong decision-making capability.
- Excellent customer service orientation with superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as be a productive and collaborative team member.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work with a high degree of integrity.
- Interpersonal savvy and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership team, staff, external partners.

The expected compensation range for this position for employees based in the Bellevue/Seattle area is $80,000 - $100,000 annually and is dependent upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
