Schedule: Full time – Monday to Friday
Location: Glenside, PA 19038
On-site with remote flex opportunity
Salary: $40,000 to $50,000

Seeking Highly Organized Assistant to the CEO with experience in handling wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks. Must be able to work independently and follow procedures. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenge of supporting a fast-paced IT office. Seeking an individual that will make sure each day is systematically planned, well communicated, and executed flawlessly
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for company events
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Assist CEOs relationships with vendors, service providers, and other partners
- Prepare for meetings, presentations, and events
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
- Maintain a clean and tidy office for the team
- Ship and receive all packages and mail
- Assist Finance in invoicing, collections, and bill review and pay
- Assist HR in recruiting, onboarding and offboarding team members, and day to day assistance
- Assist Sales with creating quotes, proposals, contracts, and marketing initiatives
- Assist Procurement with purchases, sourcing best prices, vendor management
- Assist CEO with occasional personal task in support of completing work tasks
- Complete repetitive work related to sales orders conversions to projects to invoicing
- Complete basic news and company information additions to company Intranet/SharePoint

Requirements:Education: Associates/Technical school, or combination of education and experience
Experience: Previous supporting position in IT or Business Mgmt a plus. At least 2 years of experience/knowledge many of the following:
- Assistant to C-level employee
- Procurement
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Office Management
- Business Management
- Human Resource Generalist experience
- Sales/Marketing assistant
- Experience recruiting for supervisory and technical staff members
- Onboarding new hire employees
- Shipping, receiving, and procurement of product and supplies (including dropping off at vendor shipment hubs)
This is a fast-paced workplace
Successful candidate must be highly organized at email, chat, tickets, & follow-ups
Customer service experience
Email and Microsoft Applications experience
Working in a CRM, ERP, or Ticketing system
Experience in a technical industry, call center, NOC a plus
Vendor liaison support a plus
Knowledge of Cloud applications
Additional requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Vehicle for Transportation
- Valid Car Insurance
- Must be willing to commute to Erdenheim, PA (this is not a remote position). Some remote work available
