We’re looking for an exceptional Executive and Personal Assistant to support the founder of a dynamic business. In this dual-role position, you will manage business operations, personal affairs, and household logistics. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain the utmost confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Executive/Personal Assistant Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the founder’s professional calendar, meetings, appointments, and events to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule. Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Oversee and coordinate photoshoots, including scheduling, location booking, and preparing environments. Assist with email management, prioritizing important tasks, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Prepare business reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Support with vendor management, research, and other business-related tasks. Handle personal errands such as shopping, meal planning, returns, and gift purchases. Assist with planning and executing personal family events, such as birthdays and holiday celebrations. Coordinate pet care, including vet visits, travel arrangements, and daily care. Household Management Responsibilities: Oversee household staff and contractors, ensuring timely scheduling and completion of regular maintenance and repairs. Help organize and maintain the home, including managing storage spaces, packing for trips, and organizing closets. Coordinate household repairs, improvements, and vendor services. Ensure timely payment of bills, process incoming mail, and manage household financial tasks. Keep the household well-stocked with essentials like groceries and supplies. Manage storage units, assist with decluttering, and coordinate donations. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in digital tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, ClickUp, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in both professional and personal spheres. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter mentality.
