Job purpose

The role of the Administrative Assistant is to free up the CEO’s time so it can be maximized on strategic tasks for Advanced Pain Care.


Duties and responsibilities

· Manage administrative responsibilities for personal needs

· Coordinate and supervise domestic employees and workers at main home as well as vacation homes.

· Act as a liaison between CEO and domestic staff/workers.

· Run errands as requested

· Manage maintenance of personal and recreational vehicles

· Manage personal bills and finances

· Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately

· Record notes and messages

· Manage and maintain calendar for meetings and conferences

· Manage travel arrangements and itineraries

· House and Pet sit as needed

· Discretion and trustworthiness is required: you will often be party to confidential information

· Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Background as a administrative assistant/legal secretary required
  • Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and social skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
  • Able to sit, walk, stand for long hours at a time
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Experience as a personal assistant preferred
