  • Ad hoc spread sheets, excel, transfers and wires.
  • Deal with investors and banks.

Company Description

The Guest Services Assistant - reports to and is supervised by the Sr. Conference & Concierge Services Manager, under the wider supervision of the Operations Support Director. This position supports answering the main line with the appropriate greeting and transferring calls to the correct extensions. Also, assist with all client service needs and serves as back-ups to other departmental needs as needed.\r\n\r\nThis position is at the forefront of conference room customer service and serves as the initial point of contact for any client or visitor. As such, they must exhibit a consistently high level of outgoing, upbeat and yet professional demeanor. This position’s duties are related to three general areas: customer service, communication, and oversight of meeting room reservation and related booking needs. This position requires the ability to problem solve when space is limited. They need to be able to handle requests via telephone and email while also handling evening client meetings. They will act as a back up in the Concierge area with gift requests or restaurant reservations. This requires multitasking but accuracy must be maintained. They must be able to work in a team environment which is extremely fast paced.
