I’m partnering with a leading healthcare company to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Patient Care. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the daily operations of a healthcare agency, providing vital program management and administrative support.

As a valued member of the executive team, you’ll work across departments, building relationships and ensuring the smooth running of operations. The role requires a positive, engaging demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Oversee organizational goals and progress.
  • Support program initiatives and special projects.
  • Offer mentorship and leadership within the assistant community.

Schedule & Administrative Management:

  • Manage complex schedules and anticipate future needs.
  • Handle daily tasks like correspondence, file management, and payroll reconciliation.

Communication:

  • Represent the Director of Patient Care (DOPC) in meetings and communications.
  • Draft communications and presentations on behalf of the DOPC.
  • Build a supportive atmosphere within the team and act as a key liaison.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
  • Apple knowledge preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • High attention to detail and professionalism.
