CoreWeave is looking for a motivated and seasoned Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This executive assistant role will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Co-founder and Chief Development Officer (CDO), enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth.

The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as experience and professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully both independently and in a team environment, and build effective working relationships with various stakeholders.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CDO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with an acute attention to detail and high degree of polish.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications on behalf of the CDO.
  • Manage expense reports and reconciliation.
  • Provide auxiliary calendar support to the Corp Dev team.
  • Support hiring efforts, working with HR to schedule interviews and prep the CDO on candidate backgrounds.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects that align with CoreWeave's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather information and update project status.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide support to the organization, and with other executive assistants on collaborative C-suite projects

Communication Liaison:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the CDO.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to prepare CDO for speaking engagements and conference appearances.

Event Planning:

  • Coordinate logistics for executive offsites and important internal and external business meetings.
  • Support the planning of company-wide events and initiatives with the executive assistant team.

Personal Assistance:

  • Provide personal support to the CDO, including managing personal appointments and errands as necessary.
  • Coordinate with CDO's family office as necessary.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience providing executive support, preferably prior experience assisting CEO, CFO, or senior executive in the finance industry
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with event planning
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision, coordinating with staff across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000-$150,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
