We have a team of talented professionals with a culture of excellence and an appreciation and respect for each other and the clients we serve. Will be supporting 4 Managing Directors. Will be providing support for day-to-day Executive Admin duties of heavy calendaring and event planning. This position is a key ambassador for the company both internally and externally. Essential Functions: · Manage all calendar activities, scheduling and provide general administrative support. · Complete diary debriefs and follow up on associated tasks. · Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports · Manage email/telephone correspondence with Clients, Prospects and Centers of Influence (COI’s) · Input data for prospect/client activities in the CRM (Smart Office) system and complete research that assist marketing efforts. · Assist with various administrative duties related to committee or board involvement. · Assist with marketing or internal events as needed. · Handle various office management tasks. · Assist with special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications · Computer skills including a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe as well as proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings · Experience with CRM software and Docusign preferred · Bachelor's degree- a must · Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including proof reading · High attention to detail an accuracy · Ability to organize, prioritize and manage tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment · Strong interpersonal and business etiquette skills. · Strong follow through and the ability to set and meet deadlines. · Strong proficiency in technology, the ability to learn new software and problem solve quickly. 3 years minimum Financial Services experience a must.
