Job Summary:
This role is responsible for partnering with C-level executives and/or their leadership teams within SpringWorks to drive operational and strategic business goals within the respective area. The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide exceptional administrative support while maintaining an approachable and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment. The success of this position is built on establishing and building solid cross-functional relationships to effectively and efficiently carry out varied responsibilities associated with the partnering area as well as working closely with administrative and operational functions at SpringWorks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent administrative support to senior executives (calendaring, managing scheduling conflicts, travel booking / creating complex & detailed itineraries domestic & international, expense report creation in Concur, etc.)
- Assist with internal and external meeting planning and organization, including but not limited to, setting up and managing townhalls for the organization, drafting regular communications; lead centralized registration, housing and travel for key meetings.
- Act as the project manager/coordinator for key projects, ensuring jobs are moving/completed on time. Manage ad-hoc special projects for the team related to specific business activities.
- Create and develop general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, proposals and presentations
- Maintain a calendar of activities, meetings, trainings and events in preparation for the anticipated commercialization of lead asset.
- Create purchase orders and new vendor forms. The ability to track PO's and ensure invoices are appropriately aligned to the respective PO.
- Assist in budgets and reconciliation while working closely with finance personnel to ensure compliance with financial processes.
- In coordination with Legal, assist with execution of contracts, organize documents and upload materials to repositories. Create and format a wide variety of electronic documents ranging from routine letters and memos to more complex agendas, long reports, presentations, charts, graphs and databases.
- Planning team events and activities, as needed. Supporting special projects, promotions, events, and/or programs, as needed.
- Liaise with administrative team on ad hoc projects, including but not limited to, preparing for on & off-site board meetings, leadership team meetings, and various company-wide meetings / events.
- May need to provide support for office operations related tasks.
- Build solid cross functional relationships.
- Book travel for VP's and above, as needed.
- Restock office supplies / pantry supplies, as needed.
- Generate fed ex, mailings for SpringWorkers, as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with C-Level executives
- Knowledge of business communication and ability to independently compose routine correspondence and reports.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Concur, Veeva and other PC-based applications.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously including ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly, even when taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with managing complex calendars, travel arrangements and professional meetings/events.
- Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information.
- Ability to perform in an ever-changing environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Experience influencing key stakeholders and decision makers as an individual contributor.

Location Classification – Hybrid:
This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs.
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $78,000 – $102,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
