Legal Executive Assistant
Our client in West Dallas, Texas is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant on a direct hire basis.

Legal Executive Assistant Role:
As the Legal Executive Assistant you will provide high-level support to our executive team, including the CEO, CFO, COO, and CLO.
You will bring extensive experience in executive administration, alongside a solid foundation in legal documentation and coordination.
This role demands exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Support the executive leadership team, acting as an ambassador both internally and externally.
Interface with the Company’s Board of Directors and personnel from our private equity partner, particularly for the CEO and CFO.
Coordinate with senior leaders across the US, Europe, and Northern Africa.
Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the senior leadership team.
Act as the main point of contact for communications on behalf of the executive team.
Facilitate coordination among executives, departments, and external partners.
Help organize board meetings, annual kickoffs, and other significant events.
Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents, including contracts and filings.
Conduct legal research and compile information for reports and compliance.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage legal deadlines.
Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
Track corporate records, including board minutes and resolutions.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of expenses for the executive team.
Assist with travel arrangements, utilizing Concur or other tools.
Manage meeting scheduling and make reservations as needed.
Address the administrative needs of the executive team, including document preparation and office supply management.
Collaborate with other departments for IT and support services.
Support the planning and execution of special projects led by the executive team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Monitor and report on the status of various initiatives and tasks.
Handle highly confidential information with the utmost integrity, signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement as required.
Maintain accuracy across all responsibilities.
Anticipate team needs and take initiative in assisting others.
Foster a collaborative and uplifting work environment.
Legal Executive Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include business administration, law, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years in an executive assistant role, with a minimum of 2 years in a legal context. Experience supporting multiple executives is advantageous.
Proficient understanding of legal terminology and document preparation.
Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training.
Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks accurately and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
