We’re searching for an organized, confident, and smart executive/personal assistant to provide support to partners at Neeley Law. You’ll manage inboxes, make phone calls, schedule meetings, run errands, arrange travel, and assist with other miscellaneous projects as needed. Our ideal candidate operates well under pressure, is proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role will have a lot of variety and every day will offer new challenges and opportunities to learn. Compensation:

$18 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes
  • Do other assigned tasks as needed
  • Schedule travel and arranging for accommodations, flights, and transportation
  • Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
  • Assist with marketing projects
  • Run reports and assist with ensuring clear and complete data is entered into our systems
Qualifications:
  • Understands how to use Microsoft Office
  • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
  • Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
