We are seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT in CHANTILLY, VA (Hybrid - Onsite 2-days/week and as needed).
A day in the life of an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will manage a team of two administrative professionals, handle complex scheduling, coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports, serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams, and oversee special projects. The ideal individual will be a gatekeeper, have the ability to exercise good judgement in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will be expected to provide front desk coverage at the Chantilly, VA office two-days per week, one of the days being Thursday, and as needed for expected guests and events. Office responsibilities include checking in guests, booking and setting up conference and trainings rooms, ordering supplies, ordering meals, and collecting and preparing presentation slides. This role requires flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support time sensitive requests.

Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment while maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Flexible to change and proactive in all matters while prioritizing both quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a Federal entity of a Proxy Company.
What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):
Required Level of Security Clearance: N/A
Expected Travel: <10%; Quarterly to Huntsville, Al for 2-4 days with ad hoc travel 1-2X/year to locations TBD.

- 3+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally in a government contracting or similar environment.
- Experience managing other administrative staff.
- Proficiency in Costpoint, Deltek, Concur, Zoom, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to operate with grace, responsiveness, attention to detail, and assertiveness.
- Other duties as assigned by executives.
- Availability for occasional travel as required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
