About Our Client:
One of Addison Group’s nonprofit clients, dedicated to impactful missions, is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support their CEO and team for a temporary engagement.
Job Description:
This role requires providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO while overseeing daily tasks, board meeting preparations, and travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive administrative support to the CEO
- Coordinating and drafting meeting materials, including agendas and minutes, for Board meetings
- Managing travel arrangements and related logistics
- Processing expense reports and reviewing budget documents
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience in nonprofit settings
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong soft skills, including collaboration, professionalism, communication, and being a self-starter
- Education preferred, but experience can compensate
