An Investment Firm based in Manhattan seeks an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of administrative experience.


Base: $130-140k+ bonus


Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm


Duties:

  • Provide professional and personal support to the Founder, including, heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, itinerary preparation, and expense reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external executives to coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other communications including confidential documents.
  • Efficiently arrange staff working hours and tasks, ensuring optimal productivity and coordination.
  • Oversee household inventory, ensuring adequate supply and organization of household items.
  • Provide additional support as needed.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting a C-Suite Executive.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
  • Team player, able to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
