- Bachelor’s Degree required or, at least ten (10) years of work experience in a professional work setting required
- English & Spanish (written & spoken) is a REQUIREMENT
- Excellent Communicator verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with DocuSign and QuickBooks is a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events or meetings
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other inquiries for the CEO
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
