Job Summary

Provide support to Senior Management and other members of Administration when necessary by performing administrative, secretarial, and office staff duties with considerable latitude for exercising sound judgement and discretion.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Desired

2-3years of experience serving as an executive or administrative assistant, with additional responsibility or expertise in data entry and cash handling.

Skill Requirements
  • Extremely neat in appearance with a personable, tactful, and courteous manner in dealing with a wide variety of people.
  • Position involves planning, judgement, and rapid adjustment to the unexpected.
